Our Process Flow







Step 1
Preparation

QFS receives the job description from the client and, after learning about the client's objectives, creates a search strategy and an execution plan to start the hiring process.





Step 2
Research

Using our extensive database as a resource, Hire Glocal conducts research and gathers a list of eligible applicants through headhunting, referrals, ads, covert searches, etc.





Step 3
Assessment

The list of shortlisted candidates who met the evaluation criteria is included in the excellent assessment report that QFS recruitment specialists provide to the client.





Step 4
Selection

The client schedules interviews with the shortlisted applicants. If they are deemed the best fit, the documents are examined and help with emigration, visas, and medical care is given. In the meantime, QFS keeps looking for applicants in order to have backups.




Step 5
Finalization and Follow-up

The Recruitment Specialist at QFS actively stays in touch with selected applicants. We offer assistance with documents, orientation, membership, and a seamless transition as part of our support program.
